Why did churn rise in the EU in Q3?
EU churn rose from 2.1% to 3.4% in Q3, mostly among mid-market teams that renewed after the August price change. A September billing-migration bug also delayed 38 EU invoices, and cancellation notes in support threads and tickets cite it directly.
