Cancel or pause your subscription
Downgrade to Free at the end of the period, pause for up to three months, or cancel and take your data with you.
You can leave the Team plan at any time without talking to anyone. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, so you keep full access until then.
If your team just needs a break, pause the subscription instead. A paused workspace is read-only: people can open past answers and receipts, but connectors stop syncing and new questions are turned off. You can pause for up to three months, and nothing is charged while it is paused.
Cancel in a few steps
Open Settings, then Billing, and select Cancel subscription. Only workspace owners can see this option.
Choose Pause for up to three months, or Downgrade to Free.
Optionally tell us why. We read every answer, and it helps us fix the right things.
Select Confirm. You will get an email with the date your plan ends.
After a downgrade, the workspace keeps its five oldest members and its first five connectors. Everyone else is switched to read-only, and no content is deleted. If you want your data gone, disconnect each source or ask us to delete the workspace. Deletion is permanent and finishes within 30 days.
