Change your plan or seat count
Move between Free, Team and Enterprise, add or remove seats, and see how the change shows up on your next invoice.
Free workspaces include five seats. The Team plan is $24 per seat per month and has no seat limit. Enterprise is priced per contract and adds SSO, SCIM, audit log streaming and a named support contact.
A seat is a person who has signed in during the billing period. People who were invited but never signed in, and members you have deactivated, are not counted.
Change your plan
Open Settings, then Billing. Only workspace owners can see this page.
Select Change plan and pick Free, Team or Enterprise.
For Team, enter the number of seats you want to pay for. You can set it above your current member count to leave room for new joiners.
Review the summary. It shows the price per seat, the total and the date of your next charge.
Select Confirm. The new plan applies right away.
When you add seats in the middle of a month, you are charged only for the days left in the period. When you remove seats, the credit is applied to your next invoice instead of being refunded to your card.
